Minimum Requirements:
All forklift certificates and licences will be subject to verification . Only candidates with valid and verifiable forklift licence will be considered for the position. Verification checks will be conducted before any application proceeds to the next stage of the recruitment process. Location: Durban
Candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply by submitting their updated CV together with their forklift licence/certificate.
- Valid 7-Ton Forklift Licence /Certificate (non-negotiable)
- Minimum of 2 years' proven forklift operating experience
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment will be advantageous
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to load, offload, move, and stack stock efficiently and safely
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Operate a 7-Ton forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles and containers
- Move stock to designated storage areas
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any faults
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
