KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The successful candidate will be expected, among others to:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Handling emails and general correspondence
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Providing professional customer service
- Providing meeting and boardroom support
- Supporting the team with day-to-day office activities
- Maintaining a professional reception environment
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good telephone etiquette
- Customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication
