Mandatory Requirements: Qualification, Skills and Experience1. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :Must have worked in a Bargaining Council environment or a similar environment. 5 years of relevant experience.A qualification in Labour Relations/Industrial Relations.Broad and specific understanding of the S.A. Labour Relations Act, B.C.E. Act and Collective Bargaining Agreements.Valid Code B drivers license. MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 2. Skills and Experience Required :Ability to adhere to and execute instructions.Analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactive with strong problem- solving abilities to ensure timely and accurate resolution of reconciling items/problems.
