Laboratory Manager Ref: 4363

Ndc Personnel

In this role, you will manage and operate an analytical and microbiological laboratory.
You will also be responsible for overseeing all product testing, from raw materials to finished products, and leading a team of technicians.
To be considered, candidates should hold a minimum National Diploma or Degree in Biochemistry, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, or similar.
This role also requires 5+ years of experience in an FMCG food manufacturing laboratory environment, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.
In-depth knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO ***** or BRCGS) will be essential.
