Stock & Finance Clerk

Responsibilities will include:
- Capturing stock and inventory transactions accurately and timeously.
- Assisting with stock movements, adjustments and reconciliations.
- Capturing information that affects inventory values and financial records.
- Supporting the Inventory Manager with stock administration and record keeping.
- Assisting the Accountant with finance-related capturing and supporting documentation.
- Checking information for accuracy and following up on discrepancies.
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date records.
- Assisting with general stock and finance administration as required.
What You’ll Need
- Matric.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Essential)
- Good numerical ability and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, figures and repetitive capturing tasks.
- Basic understanding of stock, inventory or finance administration would be advantageous.
- Computer literacy, including Excel.
- Accurate, organised and reliable working style.
- Willingness to learn and assist across both inventory and finance functions.
