What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, lead, and scale an SDR / outbound function
  • Set KPIs, manage performance, and coach the team
  • Own outbound strategy, sequences, and cadences
  • Drive CRM excellence (Salesforce) and pipeline reporting
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and channel teams on targeting and messaging

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SDR, BDR sales and outbound prospecting within Software, Cloud, Contact Centre Solutions, or related ICT industries. 
  • Strong understanding of how marketing campaigns work in conjunction with sales and experience in briefing marketing teams for specific campaigns. 
  • Experience working hand in hand with marketing on creating demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and outbound tools
  • Data-driven, organised, and performance-focused
  • Team leadership or mentoring experience advantageous
  • Background in B2B tech, SaaS, cloud, or CX solutions required
  • Exposure to tools like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, or Pardot beneficial
  • Relevant diploma or degree
