Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to establish a career in civil engineering. They must demonstrate a willingness to learn, the ability to work effectively within a team, and a genuine interest in applying their academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or BEng/BTech Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Recently graduated or fresh out of university.
- No previous work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and design practices.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professionally.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
- Assist with the design and development of civil engineering projects.
- Prepare and update engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Assist with the design of roads, stormwater systems, water and sewer infrastructure, and earthworks.
- Conduct site inspections and assist with monitoring project progress.
- Assist with measurements, calculations, technical assessments, and reports.
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure that designs and project documentation comply with relevant engineering standards and specifications.
- Support senior engineers with project planning, coordination, and problem-solving.
- Gain practical experience in engineering design, project execution, and site supervision.
