Tasting Room Wine Steward

Cavalli Estate is looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and service-oriented Wine Steward to deliver an exceptional wine-tasting experience.
The successful candidate will guide guests through wine tastings, share wine knowledge and maintain the high service standards expected in an upmarket, fine-dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and conduct professional wine tastings.
Share knowledge of Cavalli Estate's wines, winemaking and wine pairings.
Assist guests with wine selections and recommendations.
Maintain tasting room presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
Ensure glassware and tasting equipment are clean and ready for service.
Assist with wine stock control and tasting room preparation.
Support the hospitality team during busy periods and events.
What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate should:
Have previous wine service or fine-dining hospitality experience.
Have sound wine knowledge; WSET certification or equivalent will be advantageous.
Have excellent communication and guest service skills.
Be professional, confident and well-presented.
Be passionate about wine and creating memorable guest experiences.
Be reliable, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Be available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
