Job Description

 

• Process daily customer orders for printer toners, inks, media rolls, and office paper.
• Create and send accurate price quotes quickly using the internal computer system.
• Check warehouse stock levels to make sure orders are packed and dispatched on time.
• Follow up on open customer quotations to secure confirmed orders and close sales.
• Contact existing clients proactively when it is time for them to re-order supplies.
• Work closely with logistics and delivery drivers to track fast and reliable customer dispatches.
• Help customers with product codes, basic billing questions, and routine stock inquiries.

 
What You Need to Apply

 

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Proven track record selling toners, ink cartridges, and office printer supplies.
• Good telephone etiquette, clear communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer literacy and experience working with sales databases or order systems.
• Solid commercial arithmetic skills to calculate basic markups, discounts, and order totals.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a reliable team-player mindset.
