Position: Property Practitioner / Real Estate Agent

What You’ll Do:
- Assist buyers and sellers throughout the property sales process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and market properties effectively
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Negotiate sales agreements professionally
- Stay informed on market trends and local property activity
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Engel & Völkers brand
Requirements:
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) - advantageous
- NQF4 qualification - advantageous
- Previous sales or real estate experience beneficial
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a passion for property and people
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
