Senior Bookkeeper
Full-time
Network Finance
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations
- Process journals and assist with month-end close
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist with VAT and statutory compliance requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' bookkeeping experience
- Xero Accounting Software experience essential
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience managing bookkeeping through to trial balance
- Strong AP, AR and reconciliation experience
- Exposure to VAT and statutory compliance
- Previous transport or logistics industry experience essential
