About the RoleOur client, a premier property development firm recognized for its innovative and high-quality residential projects, is seeking a seasoned Residential Property Developer to spearhead projects in and around Rustenburg, North West.
This is a significant opportunity for a visionary leader to manage the entire development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to construction oversight and final sales.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Rustenburg property market, construction processes, and financial management.
