Key Responsibilities
Actively market and list commercial properties for sale or lease, developing comprehensive marketing strategies.Identify and engage with potential clients, including property owners, investors, and prospective tenants or buyers.Conduct property tours and present relevant market information to clients.Negotiate lease terms, sales prices, and contract conditions to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and our client.Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and industry stakeholders.Prepare market analyses and property valuations to support client decision-making.Stay informed about commercial real estate market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting Rustenburg and the surrounding areas.Manage the entire transaction process from initial client contact through to closing.Collaborate with legal counsel, financial institutions, and other parties involved in commercial property transactions.
Requirements
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and registration with the relevant real estate professional body in South Africa.Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker or in a similar sales-focused real estate role.Demonstrated track record of successfully closing commercial property deals.Exceptional sales, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.Strong understanding of commercial real estate principles, market analysis, and transaction processes.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant real estate technology.Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.In-depth knowledge of the North West property market, particularly commercial segments.A professional demeanor and strong work ethic, committed to client satisfaction and ethical practices.Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet client needs and closing deadlines.
