- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman within the building and construction industry
- Proven experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial building projects
- Strong knowledge of site management, quality control, and health and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required
