You’ll join a high-performing IT function responsible for keeping critical financial systems running smoothly—while also evolving them to meet growing business demands. The environment is structured but fast-moving, where systems need to support strict financial deadlines, global users, and ever-changing business requirements.
Responsibilities:- Provide Level 3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite and financial ERP systems, resolving complex production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions, not just quick fixes
- Support month-end financial close processes, ensuring systems perform under strict deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimise system usage
- Monitor system performance, manage tickets, and coordinate across DBAs, developers, and business users
- Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with SDLC practices
- 5–7 years’ experience supporting financial systems / ERP platforms (Oracle EBS)
- Strong experience in production support, troubleshooting, and system optimisation
- Exposure to finance or accounting environments is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and ERP modules (GL, Procurement, Projects, etc.)
- Solid SQL skills with ability to query, analyse, and troubleshoot system issues
- Understanding of relational databases and enterprise system architecture
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability in high-pressure environments
