Grade 12/Matric
Certification in Sales Management or Key Account Management
Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
Valid Drivers License
8–10 years’ experience in commercial management or a related field
2–3 years’ experience leading a commercial or sales team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment
Advanced knowledge of commercial strategies, sales methodologies and business development principles
Working knowledge of market analysis, competitor intelligence and customer segmentation
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the hospitality sector
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Strong negotiation, analytical, customer relationship management and people leadership skills
