Sales Executive - 5* Hotel Sandton

A 5* hotel in the centre of Sandton is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue across 6 outlets. If you are a master networker who thrives on closing deals and building premium corporate and leisure relationships, we want you on our team. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive Revenue: Sourced new business and maximize revenue from Key Accounts and fresh prospects across all market segments. Network & Connect: Conduct cold calls, face-to-face client meetings, virtual presentations, site inspections, and represent the hotel at major trade shows. Tailor Luxury Experiences: Create bespoke packages and upscale our premium offerings which includes conferencing, roof top bar and spa venues to deliver unforgettable client events. Collaborate closely: Work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Team, Banqueting and the General Manager to execute flawless events and launch high-impact promotions. Manage & Report: Maintain precise client profiles using Infor/SCS and Dineplan, and track your success with weekly and monthly progress reports. What We Are Looking For (Requirements) Education: Matric (Grade 12) + a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Hospitality, or Tourism. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in the hospitality industry. Tools: Knowledge of Infor, SCS, and Dineplan is highly advantageous. Mobility: Must have a valid drivers licence, reliable own car, and a valid passport for local, regional, or international travel.
