The mission of the Limpopo Department of Health is to provide and promote comprehensive, accessible and affordable quality health care services to improve the life expectancy of the people. The Department's strategic goals are to provide effective corporate governance; provide appropriate human resources management and development; promote a sound financial management practice; implement comprehensive care and accelerate the management of HIV/AIDS, TB, STIs, and other communicable and non-communicable diseases; strengthen district, health and hospital services; improve the quality of health care; improve emergency medical services; develop tertiary services; and improve infrastructure development and maintenance.Qualifications and Competencies A minimum of ABET. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. Ability to work with heavy duty cleaning equipment. Ability to operate machinery (lawnmowers and weed eaters). Ability and willingness to handle human fluids and excreta Knowledge and skills Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles. Good Communication and customer care skills. Waste Management.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Cleaning inside and outside the facility Sluicing and adherence to infection prevention and control practices. Perform any other general duties as allocated and directed from time to time per operational needs of the facility.Vacancy posted 11 hours ago
