Operation Manager

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager in a dynamic supply chain environment, driving process improvements and branch optimisation.

POSITION INFO:

• Manage and improve branch operations, including stock control, stock takes, and returns policies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve shipping and stock issues.
• Oversee pick and pack operations for multiple outlets.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency.
• Lead branch revamps and maintain a high standard of branch appearance and layout.
• Drive continuous process improvements aligned with business goals.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management within the supply chain or product distribution industry.
• Proven ability to manage stock control, returns, and warehouse optimisation.
• Experience working with 3PL companies and coordinating with operations teams.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) with a valid driver’s license.
