Die Junior Ouditklerk sal verantwoordelik wees vir die volgende:- Ondersteun die beplanning en uitvoering van oudit- en versekeringsopdragte onder toesig van ’n Ouditbestuurder
- Voer toegewysde ouditprosedures uit, insluitend:
- toetsing van transaksies
- saldo-bevestigings
- steekproefneming
- Versamel en evalueer stawende dokumentasie en ouditgetuienis vir toegewysde rekeningkundige areas
- Berei ouditwerkdokumente voor wat akkuraat, volledig en logies gestruktureer is, in ooreenstemming met die firma se lêerstandaarde
- Voer voorraadtellings, kastoetse en ander fisiese verifikasieprosedures by kliënte se persele uit, waar van toepassing
- Identifiseer en dokumenteer ouditbevindinge, teenstrydighede en areas van bekommernis, en kommunikeer dit betyds aan die toesighoudende senior of bestuurder
- Werk in ooreenstemming met toepaslike rekeningkundige standaarde, ouditstandaarde en relevante wetgewing
- Handhaaf professionele skepsis, etiese gedrag en onafhanklikheid gedurende alle opdragte
- Besoek kliënte wanneer nodig as deel van oudit- en verifikasieprosesse
Minimum vereistes
- Matrieksertifikaat
- Rekeningkunde as vak op skoolvlak
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels
- Basiese begrip van rekeningkunde en finansiële beginsels
- Bereidheid om voltyds vanuit die kantoor in Roodepoort te werk
- Bereidheid om kliënte te besoek indien nodig
- Kandidate wat nog nie tans studeer nie, maar die begeerte het om verder te studeer en hul kwalifikasie te voltooi, sal ook oorweeg word
