Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Activity Planning : Organizing and leading outdoor and indoor activities for campers.
• Safety Monitoring : Ensuring the safety and well-being of campers at all times.
• Group Management : Supervising a group of campers and fostering teamwork and cooperation.
• Skill Development : Teaching campers new skills and encouraging personal growth.
• Feedback Collection : Gathering feedback from campers and parents to improve programs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
• Passion for Working with Children : Enthusiasm for helping children learn and grow.
• Previous Experience : Experience in childcare, teaching, or camp counseling is preferred but not required.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to engage with children and communicate effectively with parents.
• Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and inspire a group of children.
• Physical Stamina : Willingness to participate in activities and manage outdoor settings.
