Qualifications :
- Matric
- 2 years' experience in a customer service driven environment
- Fluent in English - additional languages such as Sepedi, Tsongo, Sotho
- Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite
- RE5 - hugely advantageous
- Acts with integrity and honesty in an open and transparent manner
- Shows mutual respect and trust
- Sets a good example to others
- Performs duties in a professional and competent manner
- is committed and result driven
- is comitted to continous development and learning
- Organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload to ensure effective time management
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a team
