Key Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations and food production Create innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the lodges fine dining safari experience Manage food costs, stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen brigade Cater for special dietary requirements and guest preferences Collaborate with lodge management to enhance the overall guest experience Minimum Requirements Formal culinary qualification Minimum 5 years experience in a senior culinary leadership role Previous luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine-dining experience preferred Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Proven experience in food costing, stock management, and kitchen administration Ability to work in a remote lodge environment Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cuisine This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader to join one of Namibias premier safari destinations, driving innovation and excellence in a world-class fine dining setting.
