Personal Lines Claims Administrator : Ream Insurance - Based in Waterkloof
Join a dynamic insurance team as a Personal Lines Claims Administrator . Youll be responsible for end-to-end claims processing, client communication, and documentation. Strong admin, accuracy, customer service skills and time management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and manage personal lines insurance claims
- Liaise with clients, assessors, and service providers
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Provide professional customer service throughout the claims process
Requirements :
- Matric
- RE5 qualification
- DOFA
- Class of Business certification (Personal & Commercial Lines)
- Additional qualifications (e.g., BCom, BA) an advantage
