Key Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and work flexible hours during peak periods
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools
- Keep work areas clean, safe and well maintained
- Assist with irrigation, crop care and pest control
- Carry out general farming, planting and harvesting duties
Requirements
- ABET or Grade 10 (Grade 12 advantageous for technical roles)
- Reliability and a willingness to work flexible hours
- Previous farm or agricultural experience (advantageous)
- A valid driver’s licence or tractor experience (advantageous)
- The ability to perform physical, outdoor work
Qualifications
National Diploma in Agriculture for technical roles
