Human Resources Manager

Pronel Consultants

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function and partner with leadership in driving business performance and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR operations and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR best practices
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and CCMA matters
  • Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and organisational development
  • Manage Employment Equity, Skills Development, and HR reporting requirements
  • Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR systems
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related qualification
  • Minimum 810 years' HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role
  • Extensive knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and related legislation
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations matters and CCMA representation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • HRIS and payroll systems experience essential
  • Manufacturing or multi-site experience advantageous
