Legal Secretary - Port Elizabeth

Our client in the Legal industry, based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ an experienced Legal Secretary.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification essential.
- Must have experience in personally injury / Road Accident Fund litigation.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Lodgments (updating prescription list, arranging consults, obtaining outstanding documents, completion of claim form, drafting of lodgment letter and ensuring same is lodged).
- Manage diary and appointments.
- Drafting of certain court documents.
- Preparation of Court Bundles.
- Prepare Briefs to Counsel once lodged.
- Expert consultation and traveling arrangements our own experts and Defendants experts, if any.
- Assistance with indexing and pagination.
- Obtain outstanding documentation for trial purposes (including but not limited clients collateral documents, liaise with medical aids to obtain updated schedule and vouchers).
- Any other admin duties required in litigation department.
- Feedback to client.
