Branch Manager: Drive Growth & Customer Excellence

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager for our Queenstown, Eastern Cape branch.
You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic banking environment.
This on-site leadership role requires 5-7 years retail banking experience (3+ in supervision), a relevant degree, and a track record in regulatory compliance, risk management, and community engagement.
Master's or banking qualifications are a plus.
