The South African operation has its headquarters in Isando as well as an assembly plant (Pinetown), a bus and coach manufacturing facility (Olifantsfontein) a central parts depot (Isando), a used commercial vehicle operation in Centurion and a widespread national sales, service and parts dealer network. The MAN Training Academy is also situated in Isando and offers a wide range of technical courses to apprentices and qualified artisans, ensuring that the MAN organization in South Africa is always at the leading edge of technical know-how. A network of 14 full dealerships and 15 service and parts dealerships is strategically situated throughout Southern Africa, in order to provide complete support to MAN’s widespread customer base.Description Ensure that the ISO System and audits are carried out and the results are correctly reported. Ensure appropriate notification & distribution of new, revised or withdrawn documents. Ensure maintenance of the document control system to ensure compliance with ISO requirements. Ensure improvement , strong knowledge of management systems e.g. ISO 9001:2015,14001, 45001, 50001. Coordinate, schedule, drive IMS integration, administration & coordination of training. Maintain internal audits for auditors and conduct audit & verification of finding according to schedule. Ensure root cause analysis, implement corrective & preventative action for findings in department. Monitor & track non-conformance for internal & external audit results. Demonstrate experience developing, implement, optimize & audit management systems are required. Ensure data capture & reports are done, according to plant & Group guidelines i.e accidents, etc. Risk management and establishment of mitigation measures. Enforce compliance with Legal Requirements, OHS Act 85 of 1993, National Environmental Management. Ensure audit schedules management review and management system documentation implementation. Enforce compliance in Act 107 of 1998 (Water, Waste & Air Quality Act) COID Act 130 of 1993 etc. Identify & share IMS performance & improvement opportunities. Requirements Qualifications: Grade: 12 Matric Certificate. Relevant Degree in related field. Relevant Health & Safety Qualification . Skills: Problem Solving Skills. Pro-active. Reliable. Be self-motivated. Work independently though being a team player. Attention to detail. Performance oriented and self-motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Experience: Experience in multiple ISO management systems & auditor (9001 / 14001 / 45001 & 50001) - 5 years. Technical experience in an Assembly/Manufacturing environment - 5 years.
