Specialist: Graphic Design (X2)

Motus Aftermarket Parts is looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Meadowview .

This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong understanding of current design trends, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work within established corporate brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas to new concepts and campaigns.

The successful candidate will contribute to a diverse range of creative projects, including social media content, web and digital assets, retail advertising, magazine advertisements, brochures, exhibition materials, corporate identity collateral, and other marketing communications.

Requirements

• Matric certificate with 5–10 years' proven graphic design experience
• Formal qualification or training in Graphic Design
• Strong creative flair, originality, and conceptual and visual design ability
• Demonstrable graphic design skills supported by an impressive portfolio
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , with Adobe InDesign being essential
• Experience designing and building websites, with sound knowledge of digital and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional approach to managing deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects
• Excellent file management and artwork preparation practices
• Experience working on the Mac platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Clear criminal record

Key Performance Areas

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Producing high-quality artwork and marketing material within tight deadlines
• Maintaining consistency across multiple established brand identities
• Designing across a wide range of print and digital media using the latest Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Adobe InDesign
• Developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for a variety of marketing campaigns
• Creating engaging content for social media and other digital platforms (advantageous)
• Collaborating effectively with the marketing and design teams to deliver creative solutions
• Managing projects independently from concept development through to final artwork and print-ready production
• Supporting the broader marketing function with creative and design-related initiatives
