Requirements Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Qualified Wheat Miller (GMF) Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a wheat milling environment Key Performance Areas Lead regular operational meetings, ensure effective information flow across departments, compile performance reports, and align team efforts with company values and goals. Drive technical performance, optimise milling processes, and ensure equipment efficiency. Maintain consistent product quality, manage grading and compliance with HACCP and ISO standards. Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets. Manage and develop technical staff, enforce policies, and lead performance appraisals. Oversee infestation control, hygiene standards, and safe use of fumigation practices. Implement innovative solutions, manage non-conformance processes, and drive training initiatives.
