The Role
We’re seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead large-scale, multi-stakeholder branding and digital/web projects. You’ll own the full lifecycle of projects - from scoping and budgeting to delivery, reporting - ensuring that every initiative is executed seamlessly, on time, and to the highest creative and technical standards.
This is a pivotal role for an experienced project professional with strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams within a busy agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major branding, website, and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, billing and resource plans.
- Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all project communications.
- Oversee internal and external resources, ensuring alignment across creative, strategy, and
- development teams.
- Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Report on progress, budget, and performance metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Champion best-practice project management methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Mentor junior and mid-weight project managers within the team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in project management within a creative, brand, or digital agency.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex B2B projects.
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning skills.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep understanding of creative and digital production processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, WorkBook etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365, and familiarity with Figma or similar digital design tools.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
