Qualifications: NQF Level 6 Qualification (Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field). Broad-based understanding of retail policies, practices, systems, and operating models. Professional Expertise: Operational Execution: Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, resource allocation, and inventory management. Process Optimization: Design, refine, and implement streamlined operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies. Compliance & Quality Management: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure 100% adherence to quality standards and operational compliance. Performance Reporting: Prepare actionable performance reports, metrics, and presentations for senior management. Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align operational activities with business goals. We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualities: Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills: Multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure.
