Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reservationist for a half-day remote position supporting a luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sand. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in lodge reservations who loves the detail and guest contact involved, but is looking to scale back to a part-time role. The role Manage enquiries, quotations and bookings with accuracy and warmth Respond to guests, travel agents and tour operators by email and phone Handle booking changes, special requests and guest information Liaise with the lodge team to ensure a smooth journey from enquiry to arrival Keep reservations records and correspondence organised and up to date What were looking for Previous reservations experience in luxury lodges or safari hospitality Excellent written communication and a professional phone manner Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through Confidence working independently from home and using reservations systems A sound understanding of the expectations of luxury safari guests and trade partners
