Mission
To lead Embassy Hill as a flagship Forum venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences through thoughtful leadership, commercial discipline, and operational excellence. The General Manager is accountable for the overall performance, culture, and reputation of the venue — ensuring that every event reflects Embassy Hill’s sense of place, calm sophistication, and commitment to quality.
Outcomes (Key Deliverables)
- Guest Experience & Venue Reputation: Deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences that reinforce Embassy Hill’s positioning as a premium, calm, and connection-driven venue.
- Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth: Achieve annual revenue and profitability targets through a balanced approach to sales leadership and cost management.
- Sales Leadership & Client Relationships: Support and guide the sales process, building trusted relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and private hosts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless execution of all events and daily operations, ensuring Forum quality standards across all departments.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team through clear leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Monitor monthly financial performance and implement timely actions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Brand Standards, Safety & Compliance: Uphold all Forum brand standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security requirements.
- Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends and bring considered improvements forward while remaining true to Embassy Hill’s character.
