About the RoleOur client, a prominent recruitment agency operating in Bloemfontein, Free State , is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer.
This position will operate on a Hybrid basis, combining in-office engagement with remote flexibility.
You will be the front-line in identifying and engaging passive and active candidates for a wide array of challenging roles.
Your expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, will be critical in building robust talent pipelines.
You will collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific candidate profiles and market demands within the Free State and surrounding areas.
