MID703 – Workshop Admin Intern Location: Vaal Area Salary: R6,000 – R8,000 per month Midvaal Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for a Workshop Admin Intern to join their team in the Vaal area. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and organised individual looking to gain valuable experience within a workshop environment while supporting the administrative functions of the business. Key Responsibilities: Assist with workshop filing, job cards and service records. Capture and update workshop information on internal systems. Follow up on outstanding workshop documentation. Assist with scheduling service, repair and maintenance bookings. Provide general administrative support to the workshop. Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required. Ensure accurate record keeping and efficient workflow within the department. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) – Non-negotiable. Minimum 1 year administrative experience. Relevant qualification in Administration, Warehouse or Logistics will be advantageous. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience working on SAP Business One will be advantageous. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
