You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing core gameplay mechanics, systems, and features for our next groundbreaking title.
This position demands a deep understanding of Unreal Engine's capabilities, C++ programming, and a strong creative vision for creating immersive and engaging player experiences.
You'll work collaboratively with a talented team of artists, designers, and programmers in an agile development environment.
We are looking for someone who thrives on challenges, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of interactive entertainment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and refine complex gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) and C++.
Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and other programmers to translate game concepts into functional, high-quality gameplay.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices.Optimize game performance, focusing on frame rate, memory usage, and loading times across various platforms.Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the game build.Contribute to technical design discussions and provide innovative solutions to challenging development problems.Mentor junior programmers and share knowledge across the development team.Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.Stay current with the latest advancements in game development technology, particularly within the Unreal Engine ecosystem.Assist in the creation of documentation for implemented features and systems.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.A minimum of 5 years of professional game development experience, with at least 3 years focusing on Unreal Engine development.Strong proficiency in C++ programming, including object-oriented design principles.Proven experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5, including its various subsystems (e.g., Blueprints, UMG, AI, Physics).
Experience in performance optimization and debugging on PC and/or console platforms.Solid understanding of game development pipelines and methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum).
