Responsibilities

Job Overview: Conducts quality checks in production including physical and/or chemical tests on the main raw material and the bread to ensure conformity to established specifications. Normally reports to Unit HOD. Applied in most Div's.

Quality Supervision

  • Documented and managed quality processes and information
  • Sampled and tested raw materials, packaging and finished products
  • Conducted and moderated internal QA audits
  • Trained employees in QA systems, policies and procedures
  • Resolved customer complaints and other non-conformities
