Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Logistics Coordination
Assist with daily route planning and scheduling of deliveries.
Support the logistics team in coordinating delivery schedules to maximise efficiency.
Monitor delivery progress and communicate updates where required.
Assist with resolving basic logistical issues and escalating complex matters to the appropriate person.
Ensure delivery documentation is prepared and completed accurately.
Customer Service
Contact customers to confirm delivery dates and times.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery delays, changes, or queries.
