About the role:

We are seeking a talented, strategic, and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and the ability to create clear, engaging, persuasive content that connects with healthcare audiences and supports client growth.

This role requires someone who can turn marketing goals into compelling copy across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, paid advertisements, blogs, and landing pages. The ideal candidate should be a strong researcher, creative thinker, and excellent communicator who can adapt their writing style to different brands, audiences, and marketing objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels.

• Website & Landing Page Copy: Develop persuasive website and landing page content designed to communicate value propositions and encourage visitors to take action.

• SEO Content: Create SEO-friendly content that incorporates relevant keywords naturally while maintaining readability, brand voice, and search intent.

• Social Media Copy: Develop engaging captions, hooks, headlines, and campaign messaging tailored to different social media platforms.

• Paid Advertising Copy: Write compelling ad headlines, primary text, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging for platforms such as Google and Meta.

• Healthcare Content: Research and write accessible content around dental and healthcare topics while maintaining accuracy and an appropriate tone for patients.

• Brand Voice: Adapt writing style and tone to match different client brands, target audiences, and marketing objectives.

• Campaign Messaging: Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop messaging and creative concepts for campaigns.

• Research & Strategy: Research competitors, audiences, industry trends, and relevant topics to develop content that is useful, relevant, and engaging.

• Editing & Proofreading: Review content for grammar, spelling, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Content Optimization: Analyze existing content and make improvements based on SEO best practices, engagement data, conversion goals, and client feedback.

• Feedback & Revisions: Work closely with account managers, SEO specialists, designers, and other team members to incorporate feedback and deliver polished final content.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content is accurate, original, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives before delivery.

Who are we looking for?

• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Marketing Writer, or in a related role .

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing, advertising, website copy, social media, and SEO content.

• Excellent written and verbal English with strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of copywriting principles, storytelling, persuasive writing, and calls-to-action.

• Experience writing conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media.

• Solid understanding of SEO, search intent, keyword usage, and content optimization .

• Ability to research complex topics and turn them into clear, easy-to-understand content.

• Strong ability to adapt tone and writing style across different brands and audiences.

• Excellent research, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to take feedback constructively and make revisions efficiently.

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies is preferred.

• Healthcare or dental copywriting experience is a plus.

Working Hours:  9 am to 5 pm EST

Salary:  USD 1500 - USD 1800 per month
