Restaurant at a luxury Estate close to Stellenbosch is looking for a Pass Runner to be of assistance to all in the restaurant and to ensure they provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Duties: Assist with any reasonable requests by a manager Be able to fill duties and responsibilities of a waiter Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of the pass areas Check and ensure all mis en plus are ready for service Polish all plates and copper bowels for service Should be able to carry a tray with food safely Knowledgeable about the menu
