Accurate data keeps a document scanning bureau in Roodepoort running, and that accuracy starts with you. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.
Home base is a document scanning bureau on the Roodepoort side of Gauteng.
What your day looks like
- Enter sales orders on SAP or Sage and print picking slips.
- Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
- Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
- Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.
- Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.
You'll need
- You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy
- Comfortable with overtime at month-end
- Basic Excel: sorting, filtering and simple formulas
