Accurate data keeps a private hospital records room in Rustenburg running, and that accuracy starts with you. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.
The work is in Rustenburg, North West, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.
What your day looks like
- Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.
- Update client records when addresses or banking details change.
- Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
- Shred and dispose of documents under the retention policy.
- Capture claim forms, invoices or delivery notes onto the system.
- Scan and index files so they can be found by reference number.
- Hit daily volume targets with an accuracy score above 98%.
You'll need
- Comfortable with overtime at month-end
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with good accuracy
- A matric pass, any subjects
- You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
