Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Contact prospective clients to introduce services and schedule appointments

• Engage with leads to assess interest and qualify opportunities

• Coordinate appointments based on consultant and client availability

• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide reminders

• Maintain accurate client records and appointment details within the CRM system

• Prepare and deliver daily updates and reports to the sales team

• Assist with sales administration and coordination activities as required

• Handle appointment-related inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Build positive relationships with prospective clients

• Resolve scheduling conflicts and support client concerns to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, call centre, or administrative roles

• Excellent telephone etiquette

• Good management skills

• Knowledge of RPE and building processes

• Ability to work effectively within a team

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector
