Service Manager / After-Sales Manager – KZN Area
Our client, a franchise dealership in the KZN area , is seeking an experienced Service Manager / After-Sales Manager to lead and grow their service department.
Whats on Offer:
- Salary: R50,000 – R60,000 basic + incentives
- Company Vehicle + Fuel
- Performance Bonuses & Incentives
- Medical Aid + Provident Fund
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience as a Service Manager or After-Sales Manager at a franchise dealership
- Experience must be within the last 3 years
- Strong experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing service team
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
- Talent retention and team-building expertise
- Knowledge of factory standards, audits, and compliance
- Business acumen in marketing, accounting, and profitability
- Results-driven with focus on operational excellence
