Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Facilitator to strengthen nursing education, competency, and professional development. This position is suited to a Registered Nurse who can translate clinical knowledge into effective learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate clinical training and professional development programmes.
- Assess nursing competencies and identify development requirements.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing clinical support.
- Assist with orientation and induction programmes.
- Promote adherence to clinical policies and best practice standards.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.
- Maintain training documentation and compile relevant reports.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Nursing Education qualification.
- Previous clinical facilitation or nursing education experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical standards and nursing practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Effective organisational and interpersonal abilities.
