POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities Physical installation: Helping to run cables, mount equipment, and connect wiring as directed by the senior technician. System configuration: Assisting with basic programming of PBX features like auto attendants, call forwarding, and voicemail. Troubleshooting support: Identifying and reporting basic issues with PBX functionality, such as poor call quality or connection problems. Inventory management: Keeping track of spare parts, cables, and other PBX supplies. Technical documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting steps. Customer service: Providing basic technical support to end-users regarding PBX functionality. On-site support: Accompanying the senior technician to customer locations for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
