Role Overview
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising wait staff : Training, scheduling, and managing service staff.
- Customer service : Ensuring a high level of service and addressing guest inquiries.
- Quality control : Monitoring food and beverage presentation and service standards.
- Communication : Liaising with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory management : Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent : Degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Experience in food service supervision : Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong leadership skills : Ability to motivate and manage a team.
