About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.Support the onboarding process for new employees.Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll queries.Help organize and coordinate staff training and development programs.Provide support for employee relations initiatives.Prepare HR reports and presentations.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.Team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
